avc365 Terms and Conditions

avc365 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between avc365 and registered members ("User", "you").

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all clauses of these Terms. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using this platform.

To register an account and use services on avc365, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must not be on the platform's prohibited persons list.
• Your account is for personal use and must be operated by you in your own interest — not on behalf of a third party.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on avc365, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under one person's name, all accounts and the balances held in them will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorized access immediately to [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. avc365 will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party access if you have not followed security precautions.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

avc365 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport copy
• Recent utility bill or proof of address
• Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)

Failure to submit documents may result in the withdrawal process being put on hold. All documents are stored securely.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to make deposits on avc365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to successfully make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 10-45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus balance (see section 5 for details).

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x (25 times) wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus received. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own rules and validity period.
• Bonuses apply only to the account in whose name registration was made.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from multiple members of the same household or from the same IP address is prohibited.
• avc365 reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent bonus claims.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

6.1 Betting Limits

avc365 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or event. These limits are stated in the description of each game on the platform.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet will be considered final only after it has been confirmed by the system.
• avc365 reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical issue.
• Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.3 Live Betting

In live betting, real-time odds may change. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. avc365 is not responsible for failure to place a bet due to internet disruption.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games) are operated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly verified for fair play. The rules for each game can be found in the relevant game provider's description.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the avc365 platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegal funds.
• Fraud: Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical advantages to gain an unfair benefit.
• Collusion: Multiple users working together to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bot Use: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• False Identity: Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Using Another Person's Account: Using or operating a third party's account.

avc365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or responsible gaming request).

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. A decision on returning any legitimate cash balance will be made after the investigation is complete.

avc365 bears no financial or legal liability for the following:

• Bets lost or left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Financial losses arising from the user's betting decisions.
• Service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

avc365 is an entertainment platform. Betting and casino games always carry financial risk. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to make decisions with awareness of that risk.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
